  • Především bych chtěla vyzdvihnout bleskovou reakci ubytovací asistentky, syn se dostal do potíží kdy večer dorazil do zamluveného penzionu v Ústí nad Labem a bylo mu oznámeno, že jeho rezervace byla mailem zrušena takže zůstal bez ubytování, telefonicky jsem kontaktovala ubytovací ve Vašem hotelu a během 10 minut měl zajištěné spaní u Vás. Mnohokrát děkuji, vyřešili jste nám zásadní problém, personál byl milý, snídaně skvělá.Pomoci v nouzi si několikanásobně vážím. Pavla Floriánová, matka .

  • Dobrý den, jen chci upozornit, na nějaké drobnosti v pokoji 915. Manželské lože je v pohodě, jen madrace v celku je totál, při pohybu jednoho se hýbá i ten druhý a naopak. Tím se navzájem budíme. V koupelně u wc se zasekává splachování na stále otevřeno-nejde ani použít malé spláchnutí. A poslední ve sprše uchycení sprchy je hodně uvolněný, akorár tak ho utrhnout. Jinak vše v pohodě a rád příští rok Vás opět navštívím. Kokrda Zd.

  • Die zentrale und bahnhofsnahe Lage, das Frühstück ab 6 Uhr und das Bemühen um Verbesserung.- die neuen Lifte sind gut. Und das freundliche Personal - vor allem an der Rezeption.
